Depuy Synthes OMP System platform IT Release Train Engineer for DPS projects and acting as L3 support lead for Base Business.

Main Activities:

• Coordinate systems changes from the requirement stage until the steady state analyzing and estimating Projects Demand Intakes and Production Break fixes that are required to have system change
• Onboard TS personal and control its internal recoverability vs external allocation financials
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies
• Engage on project roadblocks removal and escalations, coordinate KT sessions; lead the platform handover to support team; contribute on the Steady State process definition and execution.
• Develop my team (4 direct reports) and support them to keep their focus on the deliverables execution

• Develop and support the implementation of the OMP IT change management process for JnJ Depuy Synthes OMP (also known as Steady State process flow).

• Act as functional resource for designing the interface between SAP and OMP system (also known as OMP NameSpace) – Olympus Program, getting into the table field analysis level for all below objects from SAP ERP:

- Sales Order

- Delivery

- Shipment Document

- BOM (also recipes and versions) - all controlled by ECN

- Purchase Req and Purchase Order

- Inventory/Batch

- Master data (all master data relevant for Plan)

• Extracted end re-loaded myself all above data from Atlas ERP prod instance into project BST testing instance using winshuttle as we had an impediment to copy prod system in a new instance.
• Collaborated with clients to develop action plans to address specific challenges and objectives.

• Identified potential risks associated with proposed solutions or projects.

• Act as SAP APO functional consultant for Johnson&Johnson NR/SR Project – BtB Program
• Support the new Scrum Team (Plan) to understand the Pharma process implemented in BtB Canvas.

• SAP APO Functional Consultant primally for design and implement the interfaces between SAP APO and the new BtB Japan ERP, also with the legacy systems which required to be interfaced to SAP APO global instance

• Act as SAP APO Functional Lead for Pharma.

• Delivery - SAP – LES (Logistics execution) functional consultant for the customer COMOLATTI group, an auto spare parts retail company.
• Support implementation of SAP SD-LES to support customer goods distribution through Inbound delivery configuration, Outbound (Sales Order, Delivery and Shipment Document), smart form design.

Implement SAP system delivery module (distribution with focus on transportation), configure the basics on shipment pricing accordingly to truck capacity, customer distance and government taxes. During this project I followed SAP Senior consultant which showed/explained me how to configure logistics objects into SAP systems and delegated basic configurations as shipment pricing.

• Part of the team to develop a new method for airplane structure analyses, in this role I was responsible to help creating a new method for identifying micro cracks inside airplane structures using thermography, planes just landed from long/high flights were submitted to this mobile camera (while plane parts were still in low temperatures) so the micro cracks cumulates very low quantities of ice on it which gets captured by camera, so after filming the parts and identifying the points with ice, the parts were removed and fixed. I was part of the team responsible for filming and defining which parts had ice accordingly to the camera images.
