  • Developed the 3d MAW Transportation Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that was in accordance with local, state and federal regulations, which was last created January 1997
  • The SOP established policies, procedures, guidelines, routes and performance expectations for over 15,000 personnel assigned to the 3d MAW
  • Staffed and monitored the administration of licensing and qualifications of all operators within 3d MAW
  • Provided guidance and mentored Motor Transportation Chiefs and Motor Transportation Officers within the 3d MAW improving readiness and supportability

  • Developed the 3d MAW tactical vehicle recovery schedule, tasking the use of equipment and personnel of subordinate units within 3d MAW located in multiple bases across Arizona and California
