  • Successfully migrated "Offers" web service project from On-Prem infrastructure to AWS, resulting in cost savings of 30% and improved scalability and availability. The Offers web service is a personalization service used extensively by the .com site and Mobile application.
  • Architected, developed, and delivered a suite of microservices written in .NET core for tracking of Airplane part codes from Boeing to United, turning a week-long process into a real-time process.
  • Architected, developed, and delivered the "Real-Time retro credit" project which consisted of a suite of web services that allowed United and United customers to retro actively request credit from United and Star Alliance Partners. Customers would be able to request flight credit not received on all 26 Star alliance members and vice-versa. Testing included a coordinated effort throughout all 26 Star Alliance members in Germany.
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to integrate software components seamlessly into existing systems.
  • Led various teams on-shore and off-shore to deliver successful, world-class, applications from concept to scale-up using Agile / Scrum and proven software development practices.
