Assisted small business owner in day to day operations. Greeted clients as first point of contact, utilized Vagaro booking system for booking appointments and sales transactions, maintained product inventory, cleaned and prepped treatment rooms for services.

Caregiver for an independent/ assisted living community. Duties included assisting with mobility and ttransferring, escorting to meals, bathroom needs, showering, laundry services. Also filling out paperwork for health concerns and alerts, to include taking and recording vitals. Contacting EMS for resident when necessiated.

My position with Vesta was a blend of security and hospitality. I was responsible for ensuring that residents adhered to the rules and regulations of the club house. I greeted and spoke with residents, offering general info as needed, checked badges, sold day passes, handled money drops for cafe and bar, filled out incident reports. I was also responsible for closing duties, which included ensuring all areas inside and outside of club were secured and setting alarm for the night.

My position was in a Amazon Delivery Station where I helped route, sort, scan, pack and stage packages for pickup and delivery. The environment was exceptionally fast paced and I received recognition and incentive for my high performance metrics.

During this period, I relocated from Colorado to Georgia just before the pandemic and shutdown happened in March of 2020. I traveled part of that year and was receiving unemployment. Towards the end of 2020 and going into 2021, I was performing odd jobs such as housecleaning and pet sitting until October of 2021.

My primary client was a 90+ year old gentleman with dementia. He needed essential care, including assistance with dressing, transferring, escorting to meals, bathroom needs, and companionship. I kept a log of daily activities, and helped monitor changes in his health and moods.

I owned and operated Essential Cleaning for 26 years. I was responsible and dedicated to all aspects of my business including marketing and providing consistent, quality cleaning services to all of my clients.
