• Assist and support the Director of Clinical Services with program director onboarding, as well as assist with coverage of key positions during program director vacancies.
• Oversee all operations of CODAC Cranston and Health Lane locations as the Program Director of MAT programs
• Assist and Support Program Directors and Clinical Supervisors with needed MAT guidance as needed
• Provide clinical supervision for counselors working toward LMHC, as needed
• Assist the Director of Clinical Services with the identification and execution of staff pieces of training for clinical competency and professional development
• Assist the Director of Clinical Services in program development, implementation, and administration of MAT programs
• Assist in the development of MAT policies to ensure standards across all sites.
• Participate in Leadership Committee Meetings as assigned
• Monitor treatment utilization effectiveness (reports and trending)
• Develop community support, outreach, and education
• Obtain and sustain motivational interviewing proficiency
• Participate in Performance Improvement initiatives

Following duties are in addition to maintaining Program Director responsibilities at Cranston and Health Lane

• Assists Director of Clinical Services in the following areas; identification of program staffing needs, identification of training needs and coordination, identifying and Implementing QIP projects.
• Train and serve as a resource for Program Directors Facilitate monthly Program Director Meeting
• Acts as a liaison between Program Directors and corporate leadership.
• Oversee marketing and program development related to clinical services.
• Assures clinical compliance with and staff understanding of CARF standards & state and federal regulations.
• Participation in Creating and implementing policy & procedures related to clinical services.
• Act as a representative of CODAC and promote its mission in the community in the absence of the

• Administrative and clinical oversight of 2 CODAC locations. Warwick ( Health Lane) and Cranston (Corporate)
• Supervision and monitoring of all front-office and billing functions to insure compliance with all Federal, State and CODAC policies
• Review of client records (i.e. quality of care, QA standards, State and Federal criteria and CODAC policy and procedures, CARF standards) to assure compliance
• Staff orientation and training, staff scheduling and staff evaluations
• Program development, including recognition of development needs, determining community and patient demographics, identification of physical support and staffing costs, and grant writing
• Develop community support, education and outreach
• Document all services, in the patient record, to reflect Health Home Services
• Obtain and sustain Motivational Interviewing proficiency

• Professor of a 200 level Social Psychology course. Topics include schemas, gender, prejudice, obedience, group thinking, defense mechanisms and others
• Build relationships with students, mentoring on personal, professional and academic goals
• Grade quizzes, tests, homework and projects to provide students with timely academic progress information and feedback
• Encourage class participation by building discussions into lessons, actively soliciting input, asking open-ended questions and creating a safe space for dialogue
• Assist and identify at-risk students to eliminate student barriers to learning and address student's varied needs

• Performs patient screening, intakes, assessments, treatment planning, case management, crisis intervention, patient psycho-education, facilitate referrals, discharge planning, follow up with aftercare, keep accurate patient records.
• Review clinical records for compliance
• Review treatment outcomes and program development
• Communicate between Program Director and all staff concerning clinical issues.
• Monitor treatment utilization and effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with all ethical standards as well as adherence to Codac Policy and Procedure, Federal Regulation 42CFR Part 2, and other pertinent Federal and State laws and regulations.

• Conduct patient intakes, assessments and treatment plans. ·
• Provide individual counseling as well as case management.
• Keep proper records in accordance with Codac procedures.
• Manage a case load of over 50 patients with co-occurring disorders.
• Consult with highly skilled mental health and medical staff.
• Make necessary referrals when appropriate.
• Participate in individual and group supervision
