Test Director:

• Leads test operations, and ensures operations are performed accurately and precisely in accordance with approved procedures.
• Directly responsible to the Chief Test Engineer (or Lead Test Engineer when assigned) and is the on-scene representative to ensure that testing is properly conducted.
• Responsible for initiating timely action to place systems in a safe condition if abnormal, unexpected conditions or operating parameters occur during performance of testing or system operations while maximizing plant efficiency and uptime.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of steam and electric systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing preventative maintenance programs.

Repair Activity Represenative:

• Prepare, issue, and process quality Work Permits and Work Authorization Forms (WAFs).
• Comprehend Navy ship schematics to properly isolate boundaries for rhe Nuclear Plant to be in safe conditions.
• Verifies Danger Tags are hung properly and valve lineups are satisfactory.
• Review Test Procedures for applicable work control needs during test performance.
• Ensure work control liability verification meets testing prerequisites and initial conditions (tag-outs, work control documents, etc.)
