  • Responsible for designing, executing, analyzing, documenting, and reporting results of in vitro ADME assays Metabolic stability such as liver microsomes and plasma stability studies
  • Designed and optimized Glutathione (GSH) reactivity assay and Buffer stability (Phosphate Buffer) assay to assess the selectivity and stability of novel covalent inhibitors
  • Developed and validated analytical methods for LC-MS/MS instrumentation (Thermo TSQ Quantum Ultra and Thermo TSQ Vantage Triple Quad LC/MS), including routine maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Additionally, engaged in developing and validating methods using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
  • Familiar with Mass spectrometry software such as Quickquan, Thermo Scientific Xcalibur, Thermo FreeStyle, and HPLC software such as Agilent ChemStation and LC solution, Shimadzu LabSolutions

  • Performed a few biology-based experiments,which involved an in vitro Papain-like Protease (PLPro) assay to evaluate the inhibitory potency of a suggested covalent inhibitor against the SARS-CoV-2 virus, employing a fluorescence plate reader
  • Conducted an in vitro time-dependent inhibition assay to explore the kinetic aspects of covalent inhibition of Papain-like Protease (PLPro), utilizing spectrofluorometric measurements
