- Developed and validated analytical methods for LC-MS/MS instrumentation (Thermo TSQ Quantum Ultra and Thermo TSQ Vantage Triple Quad LC/MS), including routine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Additionally, engaged in developing and validating methods using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)

- Performed a few biology-based experiments,which involved an in vitro Papain-like Protease (PLPro) assay to evaluate the inhibitory potency of a suggested covalent inhibitor against the SARS-CoV-2 virus, employing a fluorescence plate reader
- Conducted an in vitro time-dependent inhibition assay to explore the kinetic aspects of covalent inhibition of Papain-like Protease (PLPro), utilizing spectrofluorometric measurements
