• Participated to piping designs in the paint shop based on project requirements such as pipe routing, models, and piping arrangements on various zone inlet and outlet (pre-treatment, electro-coating, activation, ancillary, process, coagulation tanks, etc.) and carefully chose the precise flange, valve, fitting, and bend selection in accordance with national and international regulations and codes (valve codes, AMSE B31.3, PED) P&ID Standards.
• Pro-actively analyzed the piping systems to eliminate leaks and piping failures.
• Generated the model's component, assembly, installation, and service drawings using SolidWorks, MicroStation, and AutoCAD and followed business guidelines when creating the indented BOM.
• Maintained ECR, ECO, and ECN documentation records for future reference and updating them in SAP Engineering Control Centre (ECTR) for global access.
• Coordinated with the on-site Operations team to update the model and drawings in response to Layout modifications.

On-site assignments:

• In July 2019, I was assigned to Dürr, Bietigheim-Bissingen, Germany, to work on Mahindra's Chakan paint shop project. Led 3D modeling and detailing of the entire Eco-Incure Oven and Conveyor system.
• In November 2019, I was designated by Dürr in Shanghai, China, to work on paint shop projects for Tesla in Shanghai (Phase 1 and 2) and Geely_PMA in Ningbo. Conveyor Design was spearheaded, with SolidWorks and AutoCAD being used for 3D modeling and detailing of paint shop and general assembly conveyors.

• Performed departmental responsibilities to improve comprehension of industrial processes.
• Attended Employee training programs and the implementation of safety rules helped to maintain an overall safe work environment.

• Handled an in-house conversion project from 2D to 3D of solid, and sheet metal manufacturing parts.
