Cubucle7 is a custom SAAS company geared to small business. We build software to help the small business owner track and manage their business better. Some of my responsibilities were:

• Mentored junior developers, providing guidance on best practices and coding techniques for improved productivity.
• Design and develop databases, programs and processes for various unique products.
• Analyze large datasets. Organize and optimize data for efficient retrieval.
• Worked with systems engineers, dev-ops and developers to determine efficient CICD pipelines and systems architecture.
• Set up processes and bash scripts to monitor ongoing operation of systems and respond to problems by diagnosing and correcting logic and coding errors.
• Hire and train new developers and programmers on company code standards.
• Update old PHP code bases to modern development standards, improving functionality and often setting up Git repositories to maintain them and track changes.
• Created scaffolding and other automation tools to improve build time in Laravel by ~40%.
• Discuss project progress with customers, collected feedback on different stages and directly addressed concerns.
• Research and integrate third-party tools and components into applications.
• Meet with stakeholders to provide detailed project
  reports and milestone updates.
• Review project specifications and design technology solutions that meets or exceeds performance expectations.
• Analyze data from existing systems using CLI or export scripts written in PHP or Bash.
• Participate in architecture, design and implementation of back-end features using PHP.
