Inspector of Record on multiple healthcare and facilities in the Los Angeles area. Providing quality control/ assurance and adhering to Title 24 California building code. I'm responsible for managing the lab of record, specialty inspectors, project management, conflict resolution, verifying pay applications , reviewing of approved construction documents to applicable code. I'm a liaison between the owner and HCAi field staff that come weekly to verify and review project progress.
Ascot Avenue Elementery School 03-120904 $66 Million
The proposed project consists of demolition of 18 existing buildings (approximately 59,836 square feet) and structures on the 5.3-acre Ascot Avenue Elementary School (Ascot ES) campus; replacement with construction of 63,773 square feet of new buildings; modernization of 4 existing buildings including repairs and repainting; providing a designated Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) route from the 4 existing buildings to the public right-of-way and new buildings, playground areas, and parking areas; completing site upgrades including sewer, water, and electrical utility, landscape, hardscape, and exterior paint; and completing improvements as required by the ADA, under LAUSD's School Upgrade Program (SUP) and to improve seismic safety. The proposed Project is not designed or expected to increase the current capacity of the Ascot ES campus.

Tenant Improvement of office building provided ACI, Masonry and Reinforced Concrete duties.
Pechanga Parking Structure East- $45 Million
5 level, 2,400 space parking structure. Provided continuous inspection during construction of Reinforced Concrete, Structural Masonry and ACI duties.
Aldi Grocery Store- $8 Million
Performed daily inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with building codes and standards. Reviewed engineering drawings, technical specifications, and other documents related to the construction project. Provided written reports detailing inspection results, findings, and recommendations for corrective action. Observed workers' activities during installation of structural components such as foundations, columns, walls, floors, slabs, beams, and trusses. Verified that all required tests were performed correctly on concrete mixtures prior to placement.
Watson Industrial Park- $60 million
503,160 Sq.Ft Tilt up warehouse. Provided continuous inspection of Reinforced Concrete and ACI duties.
Inspected and maintained concrete pump equipment to ensure proper functioning. Monitored pressure gauges, hydraulic systems, and other components of the pump during operation. Set up hoses, pipes and clamps at job sites according to specifications. Maintained records of daily work activities including hours worked and amount of material pumped. Performed regular maintenance on equipment such as lubrication, cleaning, and checking fluid levels. Ensured that all safety regulations were followed while operating the concrete pump. Collaborated with supervisors or other personnel to discuss operational issues or problems encountered during operations. Communicated effectively with customers regarding orders placed and potential delays in service.
