• Negotiate spot rates with carriers and customers for transactional spot shipments.

• Led a new division in our Brokerage department implementing a Cradle to Grave system.
• Prospected through Customer walk in visitation/Cold Calling
• Secured new Business opportunities resulting in onboarding 4 new active Customers with positive profit margins and increasing volume month over month.
• Utilized our CRM (ZOHO) to track and log all quotes and RFP opportunities
• Built the Order's in our TMS and managed the invoice process for customers and owned the entire account management process.
