Accomplishments

    2018: Hosted a District Meeting in regards to Door to Floor/Backroom training upskilling. ( My main objective was to prepare my team on the new practices, and ensure our store was ready to host the entire district to observe the changes)

    District Manager sent me to another store to help them with Upskilling Changes, and help overcome challenges.

    Derived a signing template for the Upskilling, which was sent to entire district.

    Currently my store is Team of the Year(last year), and Current Team of the Quarter. and in addition,has a comp. increase of 11%. The store has high scores in all of the company measurable tools.

    Received Exceeds Expectations on last Annual Performance Evaluation.

    2016: Charity Captain for District.

    2015: Completed Retail Store Leadership Conference. This conference is focused on managers leadership styles, and went to flex them and leverage them to get the most out of a team. This conference also helps ensure you are an advocate for associates, and how we get them to perform at peak performance.

    2011-2015: Certificates in various company training and development classes for high potential candidates. Including: Foundations of Leadership, ( focused on planning, and listening/communicating effectively), and The Coordinator Development Program, which is a series of three classes all focused on upskilling high potential talent candidates.
