Feed Ingredient Purchasing Manager

- Maintain and project bulk and bagged alternative ingredient inventories across the three shore feed mills.
- Manage delivery schedules and handle communication of updates and requests internally and externally.
- Build strong working relationships with feed mill personnel and supplier representatives and problem-solve effectively when issues arise.
- Create purchase orders with accurate pricing and work to reduce costs when possible.
- Review accounting discrepancies and work with accounts payable to reach appropriate resolutions.
- Adjust procedures and record-keeping as necessary to minimize error and improve process effectiveness.
