Eastern Tiger Salamander Tracking Project:
As the Reptile/Amphibian Specialist for the South Fork Natural History Museum, I was awarded a grant in the amount of $30,000 to conduct a radio telemetry project tracking the state endangered Eastern tiger salamander. This project included the surgical implantation of transmitters, as well as the monitoring of their movements.
