Summary

Being from a family of fourteen and growing up on a farm taught me the beauty of work and an appreciation for quality. As a welder, I have succeeded in earning trust and respect, both from employer and fellow employees. My goal in everything is to do my best and to learn as much as I can from what I am doing. This goal has served me well, helping me move to the top of my class at college. Spring of 2021, I was named Alabama State Champion in the Skills USA Welding Competition. Throughout my time in college and the workforce I have always pushed myself to become an efficient leader. Where does leadership start? Leadership starts with me building positive relationships, taking ownership of my actions, delivering positive results, and making decisions that are both ethical and safe.
