During my time with Aldi I worked very closely with the management team. I greatly assisted in day to day operations with a primary focus in increasing overall store efficiency and building rapport with our local consumer base while we underwent a 2 year transitionary period of extensive remodeling to become one of the highest grossing Aldi locations in the N.W. Chicagoland area.

- Was offered leadership opportunities several times by multiple members of management but respectfully declined each offer due to my full time pursuit of a higher education.
