Jake Reynolds

Highly motivated and caring physical therapist assistant with experience providing treatments in various settings. Provided treatments to patients in both healthcare settings and at private residences. My previous work experience was advocating and providing opportunities to ID/DD adults to be independent and active in their communities. After many years I decided I wanted a change of pace, so I went back to school to complete my PTA degree, so I could help in a different avenue. My nature has always been to provide assistance and support to those around me, so I was naturally drawn to this profession. I am dependable, hard working, and most of all a team player with exceptional sensitivity to patient needs.
