As a Landscape Foreman I am responsible for overseeing my landscape crew in installation and maintenance of residential or commercial properties. This includes tasks such as planting, mowing, trimming, mulching, irrigation setup, and seasonal cleanup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct crew members on daily landscape tasks.
• Read and implement landscape plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Oversee the installation of sod, plants, trees, irrigation systems, mulch, and other landscape materials .
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment such as skid steers, mowers, and trimmers.
• Ensure work is completed to company standards, on schedule, and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and crew members
• Train and mentor crew members, ensuring high performance and teamwork.
• Monitor and document job site progress, materials used, and crew hours
