Provide community based mental health and adjunct services to children, adults, and families with severe, moderate and mild mental health illness and co-occurring disorders via in-person and teletherapy.

• Perform individual, group, conjoint and/or family psychotherapy sessions via in-person and teletherapy to individuals enrolled in the residential IMD Step-Down Program.
• Triage in-coming referrals for mental health services, schedule initial assessments, conduct initial assessments and assign client cases to primary clinicians.

• Complete Department of Mental Health documentation: initial mental health assessments, DSM-5-TR/ICD 10 Diagnosis, administer screening tools (CANS, PSC-35, PHQ-9, GAD-7, MORS), and develop Patient Safety Plan.
• Develop individualized treatment plans/problem lists tailored to clients needs, resulting in better progress towards mental health goals.
