  • I started as a dishwasher in Aug 2020, While Dishwashing I loaded and unloaded dishes, cleaning by hand large pots and pans used often by kitchen staff I Scraped, washed and efficiently restacked dishware, utensils and glassware to keep kitchen ready for customer demands.
  • I stared as a Line Cook in February 2021 while cooking I collaborated with servers to collect information about specific customer desires and dietary needs. Checked each food item for freshness and provided feedback to kitchen supervisor for removal. Instructed new staff in proper food preparation, storage, use of kitchen equipment and sanitation. Followed restaurant stock management schedule to monitor product freshness and rotate out old products. Wrapped up and stored unused food in appropriate containers and placed in refrigerator to avoid spoilage. Changed and sanitized cutting boards, benches and surfaces between tasks to avoid cross-contamination. Prepared average number of 350 guests each shift.
  • I got promoted to Kitchen manager June 2022 while I was kitchen manager I conducted daily checks of refrigerators and freezers to verify proper food storage, container labeling and surface cleaning. Checked and tested foods to verify quality and temperature. Maintained effective supply levels by monitoring and reordering food stock and dry goods. Kept facility compliant with health codes, sanitation requirements and license regulations, alleviating potentially heavy fines. Oversaw food preparation and monitored safety protocols
  • The Restaurant was shut down due to the Covid-19 Virus from November 2020- Early February 2021
