• Tres Palmas Açaí is a small, locally owned business that serves açaí, poke, salads, smoothies, toast, and coffee that opened as a food truck during the summer of 2018. Their brick and mortar location in Shelmore Village of southern Mount Pleasant opened one year later
• I often operated and manned the food truck independently, catering in a diverse range of environments, from private parties to music festivals.

• When Tres Palmas opened their first downtown location in a shared space with Ethos Athletic Club, I was given the role of manager based on my performance working on our food truck and at our brick and mortar shop
