I am senior web developer in team maintaining affiliate platform. My main responsibility is to keep FE part of application running smooth and clear and bring new improvements into legacy code to keep it more maintainable and speed up javascript execution of out application. Which I do have great long term experience with.
Day to day work:
- implement technical improvements to application
- create and maintain backlog of technical improvements in application
- mentor junior developers in team
- create best practices that are to be used accross teams (present and discuss these with other FE teams)
- create architectural solutions to improve legacy code
- deliver buisness features to application and consult these with product owners
- create work friendly atmosphere in work place
- delivering KPIs set by higher managment to constantly improve at my job

I have delivered significant improvement in website speed over period of time, which led to improvement in Web Vital ranking.

I was able to deliver alongside with team significant improvements to application Web Vitals ranking and move Notino site from one of the worst in Czech Republic eshops to fastest eshop in Czech Republic.
