Hardworking student athlete who has had to face a lot of obstacles. While in High School I maintained a 3.4-3.6 GPA until senior year Covid-19 came and I wasn't able to be in the classroom and struggled very much not being face to face and had a very hard time learning and understanding the materials. While during that time my dad was out of work so I went to get a job to help out my family and struggled more to try to juggle a job and school. I later figured it out and ended up managing it very well. After High School I was offered a chance to attend Guilford College to play football. Freshman year while we were still battling Covid I struggled with not being in class face to face once again and on top of that I was playing football. We later started in person sessions again but I ended up getting Covid twice and got really sick and wasn't able to keep up with the school. With that I also lost my uncle who was I was really close to and had to leave school to attend his funeral. With all of these obstacles I am still in school and making much better grades than the last two years and I am seeking a new college home to continue to do so.
Flexible and Adaptable
I have being playing football since I was 6 years old and have continued to play all the way to this point. I have battled multiple injuries but I am currently still playing football for Guilford College. In High School I received multiple All conference awards and was a team captain my Junior and Senior year.
I play club tennis in the offseason for football and I like to work out a lot. Both these bring me lots of joy and is like therapy for me. It is like an escape from the real world for me.
