My name is Jalen Bell, I am a Michigan native, originally from Albion, MI. I'm a graduate of Michigan State University obtaining my bachelors of Science in advertising with a concentration in management & media. I have a lived and worked in the Greater Lansing Region for over 15 years, building a network of strategic partnerships throughout the private and non-profit sector. Over that time, I've gained extensive experience in project management, community outreach initiatives, and cohort leadership. Currently, I serve as the Housing Program Manager for Capital Area Housing Partnership. Affordable housing has been a key initiative in my work the last 3 years of my career. My most recent accomplishments will be gaining my credentials as a PMP and HUD certified housing counselor within the next 4-6 months as well. Lastly, I aspire to cast a wider net in project management, economic development, and community leadership in the coming years. Thank you for reading!
