-Inspect and maintain tools that come back from industrial plants. Checking that all tools are returned in the same way/condition that they were sent out to the client site.

-Ocasionally run a laser machine to cut and engrave foam inserts that fit into our tool boxes to keep tools in a neat and orderly fashion.

-Check safety items such as slings,harnesses,wire ropes and chain hoists to ensure they are safe to use on the next job they go out on.

-Reorganize and clean tool boxes as they come back from client sites ensuring the physical looks and operation of tool boxes are up to Siemens energy standard.

-Replaced defective parts of machines and adjusted clearances and alignment of moving parts.

-Adhered to all workplace safety policies, regulations and compliances.

-Used hoisting and rigging equipment to move heavy machinery and equipment.

-Utilized a range of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate workmanship in all tasks.

-Installed stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment according to layout plans.
