JALEN MCCURTIS-HENRY

As a graduate assistant, my role is to support professors and researchers in their work by conducting research, grading assignments, and assisting in academic activities. I also have teaching responsibilities, which include leading discussions and facilitating laboratory sessions. Through this position I was able to get a lot of student teaching in as well, at numerous schools around Waller county

• I am responsible for making sure the band is ready for practice
• I am the leader of the band and I was given this position by the band directors
• I am given instructions from the band director and I carry out those instructions daily through the band.
• It’s mu job to to enforce all safety measures when it comes to physical exercise. Making sure people are doing the exercises correctly and stretching properly is it priority.
• Making sure all Medicaid Injuries are reported just in case accidents.
• Leading a team of trainers, making sure everyone is doing their duties and ready for all situations

• I Planned organize practices, focusing on skill development, team building, and strategy. 2
• I Taught fundamental soccer skills, provide constructive feedback, and create a positive and inclusive environment for players. 3
• I make strategic decisions, ensured player safety, and communicated effectively with parents.
