Accomplishments

  • Project Management & Strategic Operations Planning: Facility build and opening with under eight months to hire a staff, create operating plan and budget, as well as staff training. Determined the operational plan and budget needed to accommodate staff and events. The venue opened on time, on scope, and on budget and has exceeded all financial and operational objectives.
  • Company Growth & Revenue Retention: Determined a change to the company's operating structure and business culture was needed to grow the company. Redirection of the focus from private to public and governmental clients increased customer service efficacy. The changes further initiated exponential growth and revenue retention.
  • Program Implementation & Customer Service Excellence: Challenged to improve the company's reputation and garner trust with a valuable client following managerial setbacks. Met with client directly to detail the plan on how we would get back on track by fulfilling the contractual obligations we were hired to perform. Managed operations and developed a 90-day plan for the client and implemented a new inventory system as well as an energy management plan to accommodate the budget and retain this valuable client relationship.
