Hospice, Palliative and PACE Health Provider Company
Company calls CTS "Air Traffic Controllers" for the company. Handle incoming calls relating to our hospice and Palliative patients. Calls from families, patients, facilities, hospitals, suppliers, Dr. offices etc. Good communication skills, both verbal and written critical in representing the needs of each call and concerns that come in. Strong ability to handle critical situations in a timely professional manner. Within the company, in charge of posting accurate schedule of clinician availability, on call staff and inner office availability. Basic care needs, understanding and listening skills practiced on every call to ensure clarity and accuracy of patient/family needs.
Daily support of Rn, SW and managers in ordering essential equipment to be delivered to patients/families and facilities.
