Then, I became a patient transporter at Cooper University Hospital. I later began practical nursing school and attained my CNA certification and worked at several long- term care facilities as I completed my nursing program. Once i received my practical nursing license, I decided to further my career and become a Registered Nurse. Healthcare is a part of who I am. I believe in providing above average, quality care. This is my passion and I am a great team member to every company I have been a part of. As an Agency nurse, I am experienced in acclamation and learning new things constantly. I. am always looking for now opportunities and innovativeness.
As a registered nurse with Caring Staff Agency, my responsibilities were to safely, and efficiently administer medications according to the patient MAR, monitor and document vital signs, coordinate plans of care, correspond and collaborate with the healthcare team, delegate tasks, document patient status and changes that may have occurred, communicate with patient family, and a multitude of other tasks that ensured the health and well-being of the resident.
