Hardworking individual skilled in CNC machines that's knowledgeable and has the ability to learn whats needed to advance to the next level. easy to learn, train and work with others to accomplish the task at hand. forklift of all kinds, warehouse, general labor, manufacturing are some strong area's that im very familiar with. Getting the job done correctly in a professional manner and all that's expected is always important to me.
A day's work for this job was to connect metal containers to my standup forklift and drive to the aisle location my scanner gun directs me to and pick orders. Picking orders all throughout the fulfillment center/warehouse sometimes raising myself high as 30 feet to pick orders. Place orders neatly in empty containers until full. Drop full containers off to designated area then pick another empty container up and repeat this process continuously for the remainder of my work shift. This job caused for me to be strapped to a lanyard at all times while picking orders for safety measures. All orders that were picked damaged or was missing was recorded in my scanner for total items picked and count of inventory. I was also responsible for keeping my forklift charged at a charged station before it dies out. All duties were done while consistently practicing safe driving and precautions nonstop. 12hr shifts.
Run steel bars thru various machines then gather bars to be tied and package up to load for delivery. Different types of metal and steel of all shapes had to be organized labeled and put with similar parts as far as shape and length. Work at the speed of production and look for defects while maintaining safe and clean work environment.
This job called for me to setup operate and maintain two machines. Perform tool changes when needed along with keeping machines oiled to assure production of quality parts. Keep up with production and perform quality checks with different instruments such as calipers, bore gauges etc... Always practice safe work habits and keep a clean work area at all times.
My duties was to setup run and maintain two sometimes four machines to produce quality parts at production that was expected. keeping machines hydrated with hydraulic oils and changing tools/drills when needed. Making sure my parts was always stocked and full to avoid downtime and keep working at a steady pace. Checking parts with gauges and calipers to assure parts was good along with visual checks for any defects. Was also responsible for changing tools and setting up machine to be ready for next shift operators to run them. Maintain clean safe work environment all in the process.
My duties was to meet up with my supervisor once a week to receive work orders, insight, and general information about different things that was going on for that week for as sales, store request etc... Travel from store to store to make sure faygo products was fully stocked on shelves nice and neatly. Whenever shelves was low i was go to the back storage area where all my faygo inventory was to pull out and fill the shelves. I used pallet jacks, electric motorized jacks to pull multiple pallets of product onto the floors of big brand stores to build pop displays every other week and holidays. Displays was always built during a sale of product. It was my job to order any product that was low or that was sold out at any of my stores that i maintained on a daily basis. Make sure all my inventory in the back room was stacked and put away nice and clean before i left the store. this was repeated 5-6 times a day at different stores.
Pull two different parts from bens. Check parts for any defects before placing parts together and spot welding to make one part whole. This job was done in fast environment. I was responsible making a call for bens with parts before i run out to keep production up. Maintaining a clean and safe work area was a must at all times. Any part that may be questionable for its quality was to be placed aside for a second look from inspector.
