● [2025]Conveyor Control System: Programmed, and installed an Omron VFD with Electronics control cabinet to operate a in house conveyor system. The project significantly reduced manual workload, and improved overall process efficiency.
●[2025]Remote Machine Control via Modbus: Developed a custom Python script to enable communication between Omron VFDs and microcontrollers through RS-485 serial communication using the Modbus RTU protocol, allowing real-time machine control and monitoring from PC or phone.
●(Current](Automated Air Compressor System (In Progress): Currently working with plant engneer/Supervisor, designing a hardware based control logic system. Integrated with electronic pressure switch sensors to automate air-compressor switching. The system detects pressure drops, automatically activates shop backup compressor, and reverts to the primary unit once stable PSI is restored.
