In my position I prepared dough by mixing ingredients inside of a large mixer . The supervisors provided a formula for the employees to go by . Certain water temperature is needed depending on the temperature of the flour. Dry powder ingredients are added so that pie crust bakes right in oven.

My job duties was to dust mop the assigned floors and clean the bathrooms . Also mopping hallways , emptying trash cans . During the coarse of working I learned how to buff floors in classrooms. Before the first school year as an academy I was apart of a huge renovation process moving furniture and cleaning.
