My name is Ja'Maya Grey, and I am a dedicated student at Greenville High School in Greenville, Alabama, where I actively participate in various clubs. I have earned over eight dual enrollment credits, demonstrating my commitment to academic excellence and my ambition to get a head start in my education.
With a strong aspiration to major in business, I founded a nonprofit organization called She Spread Truth, which is devoted to spreading the message of Jesus Christ through uplifting and encouraging videos. This initiative not only reflects my faith but also my desire to inspire and empower others.
Looking ahead, I plan to expand She Spread Truth by selling t-shirts and devotionals and organizing a conference. Command Sergeant Major is the highest-ranking non-commissioned officer (NCO) position within the JROTC cadet battalion or brigade. I interviewed in front of our ROTC staff for this position. I led and managed the unit's non-commissioned officers, ensuring they performed their duties effectively. I worked closely with platoon sergeants, squad leaders, and other NCOs to ensure that orders from the chain of command were executed properly. The staff organized the Veteran's Day program, which was held at Greenville High School.
