Well Monday,Wednesday, and Fridays are our load nights . Meaning we would get a tractor trailer full of merchandise. We start by taking all pallets off the truck and once they are all off and parked in alignment we then cut open the plastic wrap. Then every pallet had sometimes up to 100 units on it but nothing comes in order so we do what we call breakdown taking piece by piece off the pallet and separating them on carts. Each cart belongs to a specific isle in the store so after all the breakdown and assortment we take the carts from the stock room and roll them into which isle it is meant for . After that simple night from then on . Each individual one of us is designed a certain isle and you would go there and stock the proper items in the proper spots . I’m able to lift up to 75-100lbs and I do that just about every night . I’ve been

Also maintained upkeep on my floor machine, Switching out squeegees as needed and refilling the tank with water and cleaning chemicals. And as a red rule (cmc biggest rule for floor care ) was utilize my
Wet floor sighns to eliminate anyone slipping and getting hurt. I held this position for two years .
I manned the sand which station . Duties included making sandwiches/subs for patients as well as emplyees. My job existed of fast pace work and even faster pace cleaning my station before the next person came up . I did really well there and only moved to environmental services for better hours as well as pay . The better pay really wasn’t the best outta the two . Better hours was why I switched to housekeeping . I’m not working these jobs to be some millionaire but I can say the level I kept my work going was definitely top notch . I could easily talk a patient down if they got mad there food wasn’t up to par , I’ve always been a calm and collective kind of guy who can speak to anyone no matter how irate they might get I would always make things right to keep the line moving . I’m never late and not scared of staying later if I have to
