I oversee remodel jobs from start to finish. Mostly residential, but some commercial jobs. I am classified as a working super, which means that they want me to do a lot of the work myself. I schedule all the sub contractors and oversee their work. I schedule city inspections and work with the inspectors. I follow the city approved blue prints.

I would remodel any project that the company gave me. This is the job where I really learned a lot about all the trades. The owner did not want to hire sub contractors because he wanted us to do all the work. I learned tile, electrical, plumbing, framing and more.

Re-Bath had their own system and products for bathroom remodel. I learned a lot about plumbing on this job, setting tubs and shower pans, sweating copper and installing valves. We would re-do the customers bath or shower surround in 1 or 2 days.
