  • Successfully corrected 17 discrepancies from Field, Supply and Maintenance Analysis Office inspection ensuring a overall readiness of 94 percent for MWCS-18 armory equipment.
  • Successfully provided supervision, training, and mentorship for 20 Marines across four subordinate squadrons.
  • Coordinated and assisted (3) major exercises across the INDOPACOM to include MRF-D, Cobra Gold and MEU Det-18 transporting over 79 weapons and associated SL-3. -Assisted the armory staff execute a Corrective Action Plan to correct 12 findings from the Nov 2019 Explosives Safety Program Assessment (ESSA).
  • Provided oversight on over 1,500 limited technical inspections and pre-fire inspections.
  • Maintained 100 percent accountability for over 40 TAMCNS of equipment and the associated SL-3 equipment totaling more then 8 million dollars.
  • Developed the MACG-18 calibration schedule for all required equipment throughout the armory cages while mitigating conflict in the schedule in GCSS-MC.
  • Created and completed annual PMCS which evenly distributed weapon maintenance.
