Completed drywall finishing to prepare surfaces for painting, including taping, mudding, and sanding new boards. Assisted in patching damaged walls and skim coating areas where wallpaper or wall protection was removed. Performed minor painting tasks, including wall and trim preparation with spackle and caulk prior to applying primer and finish coat.

My job here was mostly painting residential homes to get them ready for sale. Fixing damaged walls due for holes to water damage applying the correct primer for what substrate I would be painting as well as caulking and puttying all trim holes and get the prepped for airless sprayer. I also was a carpet installer for this company and lvp installs. Also keeping areas clean with drop clothes dusting and vacuuming after my job is complete to keep a neat work area.

Assisted in masking windows and surfaces not designated for painting. Utilized airless sprayer for application and back rolling of ceilings and walls. Performed pole sanding after priming to achieve a smooth finish for final coats.
