The Emerging Leaders program is part of Coke Consolidated's Accelerated Leadership Development Experience to develop the next generation of diverse, servant leaders. This experience supports our Talent Strategy to be a purpose-driven company that attracts, engages, and grows a talented, diverse workforce of servant leaders enabling Coke Consolidated's growth and performance.


The Emerging Leader's Program is a 9-month, interactive learning experience featuring instructor-led classroom training, mentorship, guest speakers, self-paced course work, and participant-led sessions.
