Accomplishments

  • Researched software to better test and document the burn-in and post assembly testing. Combining system burn-in and post assembly reduced burn-in time from 24 hours down to 6 hours due to the amount of cycles being performed. This process removed the need to conduct separate board, port, and peripheral testing also allowing for a printed report that would travel with the system.
  • Developed an inventory system, configuration, and part numbering scheme for a startup company.
  • Developed an assembly/production system to go from raw material to shipment.
