I organize and procure all equipment required for contract. Run safety checks. I delegate assignments to subordinates and transport all crew and necessary materials to the assigned location. I assess the site, prep the floor and lay down safety equipment to ensure the protection of the customers flooring ( ie. carpet, tile, wood, etc.). We then prep the entire house and all its contents for transport and relocate all items to their destination. I unload the trucks into the assigned rooms. We then reconstruct and reassembled any furnature necessary. Payment is then collected and taken back to Daymakers along with all crew and safety equipment. Lastly the trucks are unloaded and prepped for the next days assignment.
