  • Leased and managed an 8 million square foot retail/industrial/flex/office portfolio that was comprised of properties throughout the Washington D.C, Northern Virginia and Baltimore-Washington corridor
  • Managed the entire lease process from the initial marketing, prospect/client generation, proposal submissions, proposal drafting, lease negotiations, lease execution and tenant build out
