Operated 4 presses 3 of which are robotic. Responsible for 1st piece inspection and machines troubleshooting and general maintenance.

Operated fiber laser, and stocked automatic loader with fork truck, loading up to thirty sheets at a time. Reorganized operations from raw stock to finished operations.

• I ran 4 different presses, 3 of which were robotic
• The machine that I excelled at the most was, a 700 ton 12 station press
• When I started on this machine 600 wheels were expected per shift
• Shortly after starting I was routinely putting out 900.

• Able to drive upwards of 400 miles a day
• Picking up donations at residential, and Business addresses
• Meeting specific hours of operations, as well as estimating present, and future traffic conditions in as many as twenty cities, and towns, through out the Commonwealth.

• Ran lighting crews that replaced 8ft bulbs, and fixtures into 4ft bulbs, and replaced ballasts in Walmart stores, through out the Northeast
• When I started, the record number of lights, and fixtures replaced, in a seven hour shift was 44
• Within two weeks, I broke that record with up to 80 lights a night for the first two nights at every store.

• Set up materials, and tooling according, to work load scheduled for the shift
• Set up, and proved out parts, for first piece inspection, On the laser, punch presses, press brakes, and insert machines.

• Taught myself how to figure bend allowances, and program a single station Whiney punch press
• Took jobs from print to finish product.
• Using shear, cutoff saws, band saws, grinding, deburring, timesaving, punching, forming with brakes, and inserts, before or after plating,or paint, depending on finish type.

• Assembled steel rolling machines, using over head cranes, mag drills, and various hand tools, from loose parts to finish, including testing.

• Performed various tasks, in both furniture manufacturing, and custom cabinet making
• Using table saws, overhead routers, panel saw, band saws, drill presses, spraying stain as well as paint, in the spray booth.

• In between classes at Worcester State College , I would open by sweeping, and mopping the floors of the store
• Cleaning the Meat, and the seafood cases
• Cut and price items, to be distributed through out the store, also order my isle along with several others with minimum back stock.

• My first job at 15 years old, other than my lawn business, paper route, and my golf ball selling business
• After one month, I realized the manager of automotive, and health, and beauty aids had his hands full
• Neglecting automotive, with either too much backstock, or empty shelf space
• I took over, and ran the department smoothly, until I left.
