Both Counseling and Lifeguarding taught the importance of teamwork, team building, and building the relations to the patrons you watch over. Utilized strong communication and problem-solving. Adept at listening and encouragement of other coworkers during training.
For long term goals, plan to obtain a 4-year degree at Iowa State University in Mechanical Engineering. Also plan to interact and become more involved with school life than I currently am. For short terms goals, I plan to join varsity volleyball, as well as joining club swimming again during the spring and summer season.
