- shadowed St. Joseph's Hospital in Stockton (Pediatrics, cardio vascular ICU, and the ED)

- learned about the different pathways nurses could take during and after college

- volunteered with a project based non-profit organization

- went to Costa Rica for three weeks

- developed my Spanish skills by living with a host family and interacting with the local youth

- assisted local organizations in service projects

- 176 hours of volunteering as a CIT at Camp Campbell (overnight camp)

- Ensured safety of campers during activities

- Assisted counselors in cabin supervision

- became CPT certified (Child Protective Training)

Volunteered over 180 hours as a counselor-in-training at an outdoor children's camp.
