Troubleshoot electromechanical and automation equipment including PLCs, AC/DC Drive systems, Robotic systems

Works from mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, ladder logic, pneumatic and hydraulic systems

Provide rapid response to breakdowns during scheduled shifts

Prepare and set up equipment for production after repair

Preform scheduled PMs and document work orders, time worked, spare parts and job plans

Provide support on Tiger Vacuums, Oil Vacuums, Chipmaster coolant pumps, Flex Trac drills
