As part of my job description , I am responsible for turning apartments by ensuring that they are clean, well-maintained, and ready for new tenants. This involves coordinating with contractors to schedule necessary repairs or renovations at the appropriate times, ensuring that the grounds are kept clean and presentable, and overall making sure that the apartments are in top condition for new occupants.

Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.

load and unload merchandise shipments from trucks and stock and organize the products in the correct places within the warehouse.
