Currently, I oversee all TLM operations for SLB PS Alaska. Under the scope of PS (Production Services) are Cameron Surface (Legacy), Completions, and Artificial Lift (Camco / Schlumberger), and Production Chemicals (Schlumberger). Manage equipment schedules efficiently to provide on-time deliveries for customers. Creating standard work instructions and procedures for the facilities. Introduce the TLM structure to the legacy business lines, and incorporate new technology to sustain business growth. Manage all QHSE activities for PS, AKA: OI (Operational Integrity), HSE (all), Quality (within company procedures, customer-specific procedures), and Facility (from locating vendors to overseeing all contract work). Currently, for the Cameron Legacy Line, I overlook all operation support activities, as well as take part as CSR, Engineering Support, and assist with Sales Support (outside and inside).
Maintain rental equipment ranging from 2 stroke engines to diesel engines. Work with customers on rentals or creating work orders for customer equipment to be repaired. Job requires trouble-shooting and diagnostics to repair certain equipment regarding electrical, mechanical or hydraulic failure. Work is fast paced to meet customer needs as well as communication is key to customer service.
Customer service orientated daily. Built quotes and estimates for sales or repairs. Worked with inventory management program to create work orders and invoices. Work was fast paced to meet on time demand. Performed variety of tasks including but not limited too; commercial truck and trailer tires, agriculture tires, construction equipment tires, passenger and LT tires, welding / fab work, trailer mechanics, etc.
Managed all operating equipment through out all Alaska terminals. Ensure all equipment was in spec with DOT and safe at all times of operation. Created an effective PM program that cut costs of repairs. Also created an effective team and shop to accomplish increased turn around rates for equipment to be repaired and documented accordingly.
Shop duties included repair and testing of wellhead and API gate valves per API and Cameron standards. Building top-level wellhead and tree assemblies. Shipping and receiving equipment. Experience with using SAP (Optimus) to receive customer property or new equipment. Beginner experience in field work. Completed service tech level 1 and 2 training. Completed inspector training provided by Cameron Quality to perform repairs pertaining to API RL2 for BPXA.
