writes/ edits narrative for the elements of performance, conducts regional training with staff and prepares the the document for submission. Responsible for eLearning and SharePoint workflow design during the establishment of the regional Clinical Expeditor roles

Career Nursing Leader was directly responsible for planning, coordinating, designing and delivering training to >9000 sailors and soldiers and provided care for >20000 patients throughout the various commands in pre and post-surgical education for surgical patients, combat readiness and advanced medical training for mobile casualty receiving teams (Iraq and Afghanistan), and provided mission briefing and critical mass casualty assessments. Served in direct restructuring of multiple curriculums, evolving from simplistic power point presentations to interactive instructional design. Regional course supervisor for BLS, PALS, ACLS, and TNCC.
