During my time at Pendant Automation I touched nearly every part of the business with a heavy focus on engineering, and project execution. Below are tasks that I routinely completed during my time there:

• Worked almost exclusively with CompactLogix, and ControlLogix PLC's for 8 years.
• Designed controls systems using AutoCAD Electrical, ensuring accurate one-line, control, and layout drawings.
• Completed detailed Description of Operations, ensuring functional clarity for the controls system.
• Completed SFS documents for Amazon projects, facilitating AWCS integration.
• Label applicator to CompactLogix/ControlLogix PLC integration (Panther, FoxIV, ID Technologies, CTM)
• Scanner to CompactLogix/ControlLogix PLC integration (SICK, Cognex, Keyence, Datalogic)
• Scale to CompactLogix/ControlLogix PLC integration (Mettler-Toledo, Wipotec)
• WCS to CompactLogix/ControlLogix PLC integration (New Dawn, XPO, Queen City, AWCS, Revolution St.)
• Worked with various conveyor brands (Intelligrated, Hytrol, Dematic, Automotion, Alba, TGW/MHS)
• Programmed HMI, PLC, and Ignition for conveyor projects, and lead start-up & commissioning efforts. Controls projects valued up to $1.25million.
• Developed standard re-usable logic for high speed sorters, high speed merges, and everything in between.
• Developed standard re-usable logic for HMI's.
• Developed standard operating procedures for project management, programming, design, and start-up & commissioning departments.
• Project lead on multiple projects at a time.
• Worked closely with the software development team while developing WCS software (Revolution St.)
• Built out non-standard conveyor systems in Emulate3D in order to prove out logic, and rate.
• Quoted controls, electrical, and software projects.

• Installed industrial electrical systems at multiple manufacturing plants in Baltimore.
• Read and interpreted control drawings to ensure accurate installations.
• Ran conduit pulled wire, and performed wire terminations both in-field and in control panels.
• Collaborated with team members to support project success and meet deadlines.
• Enhanced operational efficiency through precise electrical installations.
