Senior Executive Advisor to the Navy Surgeon General and Navy's Bureau of Medicine & Surgery Force Master Chief. Integral in the development and implementation of all plans, policies and programs designed to man, train and equip 30,000 active and reserve enlisted medical personnel to support the Navy's operational forces. Directed the embarkation of 670 medical and administrative support staff for the USNS COMFORT (T-AH 20) COVID-19 mission to New York City. Led 360 Directorate of Nursing Services (DNS) medical team members in the preparation of ten (10) medical/surgical wards and six (6) Intensive Care Units, resulting in the complex medical treatment of 186 patients.

Achieved results through matching the skills and experience of Sailors to meet Department of Defense funded requirements via enlisted recruiting efforts, promotion planning, advanced technical school planning, and the development and implementation of retention policies and procedures. Enforced the Navy’s Chief of Naval Personnel (CNP) primary Line-of-Effort to “Man the Fleet”; increased overall HM manning from 91% to 99%.
